2 Services Q&A

What time do I need to be there?
Specific team call times will be shared by your director and will be on the weekly service reminder email.
For 1st Service Teams - Please be ready for our All Team Rally & Prayer at 8:20am.

What if I notice something on my schedule that needs to change?
Please communicate any changes or conflicts with your team scheduler. If there are changes that need to be made for November and beyond, please let your scheduler know as soon as possible so they can work those into future schedules.

What if I’m scheduled to serve but can no longer make it?
Please log into Elvanto to decline the serving request and send a request to your team to find someone to replace you. This helps take the responsibility off your scheduler and gives your team the opportunity to work together to fill the spot.

How long will each service be?
Our current plan is for each service to be approximately 70–75 minutes.

What if I’m serving both services?
If you’re scheduled to serve during both Sunday morning services, your team director will give you more information. There will be light snacks available for volunteers serving both services.

What if I’m serving one service but staying for the second service?
Please leave the volunteer snacks for those who are serving both services. If you’re only serving one service, please plan to bring a snack from home if needed.

What if I’m serving/attending both services and have children?
If you’re here for both services, please plan to pick up your children between services (preschool and Voltage for sure, and possibly nursery depending on your child's age/needs). This allows for team to reset their room & for volunteers to switch over.

Please also plan to bring a more substantial snack from home for your children and feed them in the break (and take to bathroom if needed) between services.

Parking Request

2 services means possible traffic jams with more vehicles coming and going. The best way to prevent congestion is for our volunteers to park in the alley (behind Leduc Foundation between 51st & 52nd Street) to allow as much space as possible in BOTH the East & West Parking lots,
Only use the East or West parking lots near our building if necessary for accessibility.
